Say hello to our judge, Catherine Tyldesley! We are thrilled to welcome her as a panelist judge for our singing competition. Catherine is an accomplished actress and singer, best known for her role as Eva Price on Coronation Street. Born in Salford, Greater Manchester, she graduated from the Birmingham School of Acting in 2005 and has since captivated audiences with her versatile talent. Her debut album "Rise," released in 2016, showcases her stunning vocal abilities. With her extensive experience in the entertainment industry, Catherine brings a unique and insightful perspective to our judging panel. Outside of her professional achievements, she is a dedicated mother and wife, married to personal trainer Tom Pitfield with two children. Get ready for an exciting season filled with incredible talent and unforgettable moments, all under Catherine's expert guidance!
Jodie Steele
Say hello to our judge, Jodie Steele! We are thrilled to welcome her as a panelist judge for our singing competition. Jodie is a highly talented actress and singer, known for her powerful performances on the West End stage. Born in the UK, she trained at the prestigious Guildford School of Acting. Jodie has starred in numerous acclaimed productions, including leading roles in Heathers: The Musical, Wicked, and Rock of Ages. Her stunning vocal range and dynamic stage presence have won her a dedicated fan base. With her extensive experience in musical theater, Jodie brings a wealth of knowledge and a discerning ear to our judging panel. Outside of her professional achievements, she is passionate about arts education and enjoys coaching young performers. Marco Robinson
Say hello to our judge, Marco Robinson! We are excited to have him as a panelist judge for our singing competition. Marco is a highly successful entrepreneur, author, and philanthropist, known for his inspirational journey from homelessness to multi-millionaire. Born in the UK, he has built an impressive career across various industries, including real estate, film production, and public speaking. Marco is the star and creator of the Channel 4 documentary Get a House for Free, and the writer and producer of the acclaimed film Legacy of Lies, which highlights his storytelling prowess and commitment to impactful filmmaking. His passion for the arts and keen eye for talent make him a valuable addition to our judging panel. Beyond his professional endeavors, Marco is dedicated to numerous charitable causes and enjoys mentoring aspiring entrepreneurs. With Marco's expertise and unique perspective, our contestants are sure to receive insightful and impactful feedback throughout the season.
Emma Gale
Say hello to our judge Emma Gale! Emma is a lyricist, songwriter/singer from the UK. Signed to DWB Music, a mentor for Help Musicians and a Grammy Voting Member. After completing a Masters in Songwriting at Bath Spa University in 2017, Emma went on to attend songwriting retreats hosted by Boo Hewerdine, Judy Stakee, Mary Gauthier and Berklee College of Music professor Pat Pattison. She has also received mentorship from LA-based songwriting coach Robin Frederick and UK based songwriter, Chris Difford (Squeeze). After being awarded with DWB Best Newcomer 2022, Emma was signed to DWB Music in March 2023 and is currently working with songwriters across the UK, Europe and US to write tracks for the pop, Asian (k-pop, c-pop, j-pop) and Eurovision.
Rebecca Lane
Say hello to our Lead AnR Rebecca Lane! At just 23, Rebecca Lane has already built an impressive career in various creative fields. As a singer, songwriter, musician and producer, she brings stories to life with her powerful, emotive voice and skilful storytelling. After graduating a bachelor's degree in Jazz Musicology with honours from Toulouse University in 2022, she helped set up GirlCode Music, working with artists, songwriters, and producers across the UK, and Europe. Growing up between Ireland and France, Rebecca's background infuses her music with a rich blend of cultures as she seamlessly mixes acoustic and electronic sounds to create music that resonates deeply with listeners. With a captivating stage presence, she mesmerises audiences from the very first note. Always pushing the boundaries of her craft, Rebecca seeks out new collaborations worldwide, cementing her position as a rising star in the music industry.
James Cave
Say Hello to James Cave! He trained at MMU in theatre and performance and developed an award winning theatre company, 2toned shortly after graduation. Alongside his work in theatre, James has worked as a lyricist alongside film soundtrack composers, Gerard John and Andy Reynolds with releases in his own right along the way. James has West End concert credits alongside TV credits including Downton Abbey and Hollyoaks. For the past decade James has established himself as a Director working on a number of theatre projects and more recently as an Associate Producer on a new film project, Chimera, with a stellar creative team. James has developed his practice as a vocal coach specialising in the breath and is currently working with people who suffer from chronic lung diseases in order to support their lung function.

Record Your Song1. Record your song.
2. We are not judging the production quality of your song, phone recordings will be accepted.
3. Please only send an Mp3 that does not exceed 10MB.
4. Ensure the song is between 3 to 5 minutes long.
5. Your song must not contain any profanity.

Step 3
Submit Your Song1. Visit the submission portal through the provided funnel link.
2. Purchase one entry per song you wish to submit.
3. Receive a confirmation email with the link to upload your song to the competition platform.
4. Please write a short paragraph (1000 words max) to describe your song and how you feel it fits with the musical.
5. Upload your song file, ensuring it is within the 10MB size limit.
6. Complete any necessary forms or provide additional information as required in the submission process.

Step 4
Judging and Deliberation
Stage 1 - Long List Selection
1. After submission, each song will be evaluated by our Head of A&R along with members of our screening panel.
2. Your song will either go through to the next round (the Long List) or unfortunately will not go any further in the competition.
3. We will write to you when the long list has been selected to let you know whether your song has been successful.
Stage 2 - Short List Selection1. The Long List will be reviewed, and each song will be re-evaluated by our Head of A&R and screening panel.
2. Your song will either go through to the next round (the Short List) or unfortunately will not go any further in the competition.
3. At this point, the Short List will be publicised.
Stage 3 - Final Selection1. The panel of celebrity judges will review the short list and decide on which songs will be presented for the final.
2. The judges will review songs based on creativity, how well they align with the musical’s theme, and overall quality.
3. At this stage it has not been decided on the numbers of entries in each stage, this will depend upon the number of submissions.

Announcement of Live Stream1. Keep an eye out for the announcement regarding the live stream date where the results will be announced.
2. The live stream will be accessible via a specified platform, and details will be provided closer to the date.

Winner’s Rewards1. The winning song will be chosen as the theme tune for "Legacy of Spies" and will be played on the opening night of the show.

Prepare for the Show1. If you are the winner, prepare to attend the premiere of "Legacy of Spies".
